Hi, I wanted to upgrade my Remedy ARS version from version 6.3 to 7.0.1 but I get the following error message during the installation :
/usr/lib/dld.sl: Can't find path for shared library: libclntsh.sl.10.1 /usr/lib/dld.sl: No such file or directory I'm running ARS on HP-UX system and Oracle database version 9i Release 2 as non-unicode. Can somebody please let me know what I have to do as the file "libclntsh.sl.10.1" which the error message is referring doesn't exist. But it looks like that this is a library for oracle version 10 ???
