Consuming Web Services and using Attachment fieldsI wonder if it has to do with some sort of a limitation on the IIS server.. Can you attach an attachment that size from the Mid-Tier?

The basic workflow seems to work reliably including pushing the attachment data to the remote web service. An error (ARERR 8939) occurs however, whenever I try to push an attachment file that is over about 200 kb in size. This can be easily demonstrated in the AR environment by creating a filter on server1 that consumes a web service published on server2. Our server is running 6.3 patch 20, Oracle 10g/9i client, Solaris 9, and MidTier 6.3 patch 21 on Win2003 using IIS. Thanks for any feedback you may have for dealing with this "limitation."
