Hi All,
 
I am facing the following problem while installing CMDB 2.0.1 and Incident 
Management 7.0.2. 
After all the installation is done, the setup gets stuck and the following 
message is displayed for a long time, "Restarting BMC Remedy Action Request 
System, Please wait". The setup doesnt proceed beyond this point.
 
Environment:
JDK 1.4.2
AR Server 7.0.1, Mid Tier 7.0.1
Approval Server
Assignment Engine
MS SQL 2000
Windows 2000.
 
Kindly help!
