Could it be that you did not transfer them as ASCII via FTP from a Unix host?
That way your linefeeds would be corrupt, and that will give the
analysis utility a hard time...

the app.

Hey, does the LogAnalysis.mdb work with server-side SQL log files generated
on remedy 6.3 no patch systems?


 I am trying to load a file and keep getting the error message of  "No
Current Record." Whenever I hit the 'Load Log File' button.
