Atul,
I'm not sure about mods to CMDB. especially whether or not they'd
survive a later upgrade.
That said, to implement Assignee Group, for record/row-level control,
simply add Assignee Group (Field ID 112) to your form, and populate it as
appropriate - usually through workflow. Then use form and field
permissions to grant View or Change access to Assignee Group as you wish.

Hi All,
I am trying to implement "Assignee Group to control access" on
AST:ComputerSystem which is a CMDB form - join of BMC:BMC_ComputerSystem
and BMC:BMC_ComputerSytsem - which in turn is a join of BMC:BMC_Computer
System and BMC:AssetBase.
My question is what would be the best way to implement this.
ARS: 6.3
CMDB 1.3
THanks
Atul
