Melissa, On ARS 6.0.3, you still need to connect to the Oracle 10 database using the Oracle 9iR2 client. Check your ar.conf (Unix) or ar.cfg (Windows) for the DB-home directory and point this to the location of where you have the Oracle 9i client installed.
