A stretch, but the fields that you are getting the invalid rel operator; when you import a def, you can't (easily) change the data type of a field. Grab the portion of the def for those 2 fields and see if the data types match that in your forms. The import would have failed, maybe partially, and the data type would be wrong. The reused comment in the header files further leads me down this train of thought.

Looks like those fields are related to the email forms: http://arswiki.org/projects/arapi/browser/releases/solaris701p1/include/arstruct.h#L830 http://arswiki.org/projects/arapi/browser/releases/solaris701p1/include/arstruct.h#L836 #define AR_RESERV_EMAIL_MSG_MAILBOX_ID 18093L #define AR_RESERV_EMAIL_MSG_SEND_MSG 18099L Odd thing, in arstruct.h, both of these fields have the comment /* reused */. For the java out of memory errors, you need to increase the heap size in the emaild.sh script. http://www.caucho.com/resin-3.0/performance/jvm-tuning.xtp What version/patch are you coming from?
