That will be only relevant if you are using MBOX mailboxes as a source for the Email Engine. If you would use IMAP or POP to retrieve mail stored on a remote mail server this section is not relevant for you.
MBOX mailboxes are 'unix style' and are essentially a bunch of files, usually in a users home directory. -- Met vriendelijke groet / Kind regards Michiel Beijen ______________________________________________________ MANSOLUTIONS Energieweg 60-62 3771 NA Barneveld The Netherlands Tel. +31-(0)612968592 Mail [EMAIL PROTECTED] Internet http://bsm.mansolutions.nl On 4/12/07, Dwayne Martin <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
Hello everyone, I am trying to install Email Engine (7.01 patch 2) as non-root on a Linux server. The Email manual (p 32) says to give the non-root user permission to "MBOX mail directory and all its contents." There is no "MBOX" on our system. Anybody know what they are talking about?
