That will be only relevant if you are using MBOX mailboxes as a source
for the Email Engine. If you would use IMAP or POP to retrieve mail
stored on a remote mail server this section is not relevant for you.

MBOX mailboxes are 'unix style'  and are essentially a bunch of files,
usually  in a users home directory.
