Shawn,

RE #1: Yes. there is a special field ID 1005 that is the "Advanced
Search Bar". Lookup the field details in the pdf docs, add it to the
from and use workflow to reference it.

RE #2: "easy way"... well.. not exactly. As you know you could build
dedicated workflow to check each field, but maybe you did not consider
that you might be able to use a table field and loop over a set of
field ID's using some shared workflow and the EXTERNAL operator. It
should not be to hard to cobble that together, but I think that the
number of fields would likely be a performance issue. However, if your
requirement is security based, or important enough then the
performance issue may not be an issue too. :)

Greetings List!

I have two questions regarding capture search information:

1) Is there a way to capture the information from the Advanced Search bar
and send it via Push Fields action to another form?

2) Is there an easy way to capture all "Non Null" fields searched on? (the
only way I can think of is a Run-If statement for each and every field- the
form I would like this on has a LOT of fields).

Thank you in advance!
