Dan, the records are automatically added as assets when they are received. You don't need to do anything to make that happen if you use their process. You MAY have to customize a trigger to bypass the P.O. creation process if you don't use the one that fires the workflow in AM. I hope they offer more options in 6.0, but I haven't seen it to know for sure. Rick _____
