I'm at a loss, too. I checked the email service, but it's set to manual, and hasn't been started since the upgrade weeks ago.
I checked the Windows Event Viewer to see if I could match the create date of one of these .obf with the timestamp of an event, but nothing is close. I guess we'll have to wait to see if anyone else has an idea.
