Hello group, Is anyone is using the Change Request and Change Task lite modules included in Remedy Help Desk 6.0? This seems to have most of what I need for a new accounts application I am designing except for the dependency functionality and possibly the approval process. Has anyone implimented their own dependency functionality and / or approval process? I have a good idea how to do the former however I was curious to know if someone has already trodden down this path and what pain might await me.
