I was pretty sure I responded to this.

The problem I had was that in the body of the worklog that was being
sent to the system via email, I had some reserved words.

User:
Login:
Name:

These are reserved fields, used by the email engine.  Once we figured
that out the problem stopped.

Please check the workflow for the email which contains either setfields 
or pushfields action, check for the server name. If  it contains an IP 
address reset it to the host name (Server name) and save it.

This will help you in resolving the error field id is not related to 
this form.
