You shouldn't need to archive it - it's essentially a join form of
HPD:HelpDesk, CHG:Change, and CHG:Task.  Might you want to archive the base
forms instead?
 
Only issues I could see with it would be that it might slow down performance
on your most customer-facing form, and some of the fields are not easily
readable (like the Status Integer field), which would minimize their
usefulness by someone.
