To the best of my knowledge, no, but a workaround could be to create that join internally within the ARS and then report from BO out of that join..
Another alternative could be to create the join from the DB, create a view form in the ARS from that join created in the DB, and then connect to BO using the AR System ODBC driver and report out of that view... There might be other options around too but I'm not feeling too creative right now it being nearly 11:40 PM...
