Hello,
When i am creating change request through Change Management Console.
It is giving an error "this is either missing an infrastructure change
manager or none are available. "Select from the menus, then notify your
administrator. (ARERR 144012).
Even i had craeted an assignment for the event "nfrastructure Change Manager"
