Responsibilities:

Architect, deploy, and support for Remedy 7.0 (ITIL) product.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

 

*       Configuration of BMC 7.0 Remedy applications
*       Customization of BMC 7.0 Remedy applications
*       Conduct Requirements Analysis sessions and customer workshops
*       Provide solution designs based on requirements
*       Scope and develop custom applications
*       Provide system and customization documentation
*       System troubleshooting
*       Installation and configuration of all BMC Remedy 7.0
applications
*       Implement integrations to the BMC Remedy 7.0 applications
*       Provide project leadership and project management
*       Mentor junior engineers
*       Secret or Top Secret Clearance

 

 

Required Skills/Experience/Education:

*        A four-year undergraduate degree 

*        Demonstrated mastery of documentation software (e.g., Microsoft
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio; Adobe Acrobat; etc.)

*        References indicating a proven track record of working well
with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) AND with non-technical
managers and project stakeholders 

*        Experience in business process and/or technical consulting

*        Experience with IT systems and technology platforms

*        Experience defining and leading IT improvement projects

*        10 years general IT/Systems engineering experience

*        Experience with ITIL best practices 

*        4 years specific experience with Remedy software products (must
have experience with Remedy 7.0)

*        Project management experience 

*        Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration and
Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management

*        Knowledge of ITIL and other IT Best Practices frameworks
(ideally, Foundations-certified)
