Thank all for the help on my issue. I was mistaken the escalation does kick off a flag to kick in the filters and not actually do the push it self. The software import was over 175,000 records and the person with the hardware information is not in today but it was a small import. With talks about connecting more and more imports in to our system I think I'll lean API to write a small API program that will query the form and update it so that filters on the View form can be triggered.
