Is there a fairly simple and cheap way to allow techs to update
a form or spreadsheet while in the field to be entered in Remedy
automatically when they connect to the network again? They will not be
connected to the network in the field, so they will need to update when
they return to the office.
I didn't know if email templates or something like that could
accomplish this task.
