Hi Den,

Check the schema_index table to see what index names should exist for the
specific schemaId. Then add them by hand.

The schemaId is found in th arschema table.

To get the correct SQL syntax, you can allway do something like this:
- Turn on SQL logging
- Create a similar index in a form through AR Admin
- Save
- Remove the index through AR Admin
- Save
You now have SQL the syntax for adding/removing indexes in your database.
