I'm on ARS 7.0.1 Patch 001 on Windows 2K3 server running on a MS-SQL 2K5-SP2 database.
The $Impact$ field from the Change, Incident, and Problem applications get resolved to the enumerated values of 1000, 2000, 3000 or 4000 instead of the 'English' values.. Is this a known bug?
