Roger, UNCW is using the Import Tool (see Matt Gayford's Post) Our Import file does have LoginID and License Type (Read) I checked the filter CTM:SubmitUserInfo_502, which executes on Submit only. Will the user form get created if I change to include execute on Merge ? thanks, Colin
