You could try telling excel that all columns are text and then resave the file...then check it with a text editor...

From what I can tell, it seems to be doing this to the paths that contain ","'s. It makes sense that it would since it is a , delimited file. It sees the "," in the cell and encloses the field in "'s. Now I have to figure out a way around it. So far I have been unsuccessful, but at least I know what and why it is doing it.
