You can use Server statistics form to find out how many users are logged in at the moment. You can make a web service on this form and publish it to your intranet environment. For another requirements you need to create on more form in remedy which can calculate how many In, Out and Status="yes" entries are coming on AR System Email Message form with in a day and then you can make a web service on that form to get the data from external environment. You can also directly get CSV report when needed from Remedy aruser side (Go to required form->search required data -> then use tools->reporting-> New Style->double click on new style and then add required fields and save it by right clicking on new style.
