Good morning everyone:
I'm running into an issue trying to get a Service Request to create an
Incident. It creates the Service Request just fine, but then when it tries
to create the incident, I get the following error:
ARERR 308 - ARCreateEntry - Duplicate field in the definition1000000215
I can't seem to figure out what is causing this. The field in question
looks just fine, and I think I figured out the filter that calls some Filter
API to create the entry, but it still is not obvious to me.
Has anyone ever run into this before?
