I think that the priority of the Remedy Email record is different than the
Priority on an actual Outlook Email.  Not sure how you would reconcile the
two, or set the Outlook email priority without some sort of OLE hook.

Hi,

We are using ARS version 6.03.  Does anyone know if you can set the Priority
in an email and have the email engine iterpret it for incoming emails? Can
it interpret it without using email templates?

I see a Priority field in the AR System Email Message form. When I send an
email out via Outlook as High, the Priority is always set to a value of 3.
