I use the Priority field for Outlook. The field is set to 0 for regular messages, and set to 1 for Urgent messages. Within Outlook the Importance value is High when Priority is 1 (from Remedy). Stephen ARS 6.3 Outlook 2003 Exchange 2003

If it is configured to take the Priority into account, then it will process higher priority emails first. This seems to be most useful for very high volume Email Engines where the queue may contain thousands of emails at a time. I'm not sure if the default is to factor in Priority or not. You can check the Email Engine Guide for details. But I don't think this correlates directly with the Priority flag in Outlook. Do emails with 'normal' priority also come in as 3? What patch are you running? You might want to log an issue for BMC for this. -- Met vriendelijke groet / Kind regards Michiel Beijen ______________________________________________________ MANSOLUTIONS Energieweg 60-62 3771 NA Barneveld The Netherlands Tel. +31-(0)612968592 Mail [EMAIL PROTECTED] Internet http://bsm.mansolutions.nl On 5/7/07, Jack Samson < [EMAIL PROTECTED] <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > wrote: > Hi, > > We are using ARS version 6.03.
