Assuming the host name and db name/instance/user stay the same then no changes (unlikely.)
If it's a new host or user you will need to update your tnsnames.ora with db provided information. ar.conf/cfg Db-user: <user> Oracle-Two-Task: <instance> (matching tnanames.ora) and db user password through the admin tool.
