Did you localize your server or the application - that has always had the effect of "hiding" the canned reports because they have inconsistent Locale data... null, en, or en_US. They have to match the server locale to be seen in the consoles.

At every stage of the installation I took a back up and checked the applications. Solaris 10, Oracle 10g.... I checked the reports after installing incident, Problem and they were ok. After installing Change all the reports disappeared and the Change reports are now present. I went to the report form and all the reports are present including incident and Problem. So, Dear Listers, Can anyone solve the mystery of the disappearing reports?!! Regards, Emad M.
