Subject: How to remove everything after a certain value in a string?

**
How can I set a field with the value of another field UP TO a certain value
within the string? For example:
'Body' = "I approve this request. STOP HERE - xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"
How do I remove everything from STOP HERE on?
Thanks!
Carol
