One last question... Have you refreshed the cache for the Mid Tier server (that's the one that usually gets me).

The active link does (or at least is supposed to do) a Push-Fields to another schema to create a ticket. Through looking at my logs, it is not even trying to do the push fields. Will push fields not work on after submit action active links on the mid-tier?
