You've caught the "Missing TimeZone file" bug ;)
There are 2 different ways to correct this.
1. Copy the America_NewYork.js file to America_Atikokan.js (located in
the {Mid-Tier}\resources\standard\javascript\timezone directory)
2. Specify a Time Zone in the User's Preference record (AR System User
Preference form)
You can check the archives of the list for more comments on either of
these 2 solutions.
