Hi Friendly ARSListers! My employer is currently looking to recruit a Senior Remedy Developer for a permanent role. We haven't been seeing a lot of resumes so I figured I'd take matters into my own hands! Just a few bullets (after reading posts from others who have posted jobs on the list!):
1) Please be kind, dear ARSListers - I am one of you, NOT a recruiter ;-) I apologize if I'm committing a faux pas! 2) If YOU are a recruiter, I have no idea how you can get on to my employer's vendor list, etc. - though if you convince me that you have the absolutely perfect candidate, maybe I can do some investigating! 3) I'm not at liberty to talk about salary, relo, sponsorship, telecommuting, but I can tell you that vacation, benefits, etc. are really excellent! I will say that, as a future fellow member of the team, some skills that are critical would be: excellent communication skills, strong Remedy development skills (with ITSM 6 or 7), Remedy API experience (i.e. you've written API programs), requirements gathering and documentation, banking environment experience, and wouldn't hands on ITSM 7 experience be great!
