Good afternoon all,


We are running ServiceDesk 7.0 (Requestor, Incident and SLM) and are seeing
poor response when running the Requestor Console in the web. On the user
tool the Requestor Console works much faster.



The speed issue shows up when selecting between open/closed incidents that
are in selection list on the main request console or selecting between work
notes on an open or closed incident.



We are seeing response times (that is cursor focus) from the fastest about 5
to 6 seconds to the slowest of 20 seconds.



Note: If I open the Incident Console on the web it works great, almost as
good as using the user tool.



We are on ITSM 7.0 patch 2.



Any ideas
