Dwayne - You say "copied from an old system." Was this old system's AR Server the same version as the new system?

(New system ARS 7.01, patch2, Linux server, Oracle 10). We have a form with a single record that displayed fine in the old system. In the new you can display it OK in Query mode, but if you try to display the record or create a new record the WUT says "Asynchronous event occured" and the server shuts down. The server display says "glibc detected." And now something new just started happening. When you display the form in Query mode it comes up completely blank. If you do a search, the results lists displays data from the record, but the form itself is still totally blank. The ARSystem does not crash. I can't find any errors in any of the logs. I made a copy of the form, and it displays OK. Any idea what might be wrong?
