You won't be able to take the RAC or RSP course unless you have taken the prerequisite courses (which you can see on the Education web site). They aren't the first course in the sequence, they're the final ones.
If you only can take one course, with your experience, you might get more out of the Performance Tuning course than any other, though the Admin part 3 course might be good for you, too. Both have pre-reqs as well, but you might be able to get by those.
