All, I hope this is old news to everyone else.
However I just stumbled into some knowledge (KB ID: 000000011687) that explained something that I have never been able to get to work. ( I find it really sad that the article is dated in 2003. :( ) Now that it works, well... there are more questions about why it is implemented like that.. but those are other things. (and I have already started the RFE process for those things.) I just wanted to let everyone who cares know that the feature does appear to work in v6.3 patch 3 of the admin tool if you use the right XML file format!
