Alfred, I'm very sorry to hear that you're retiring, don't know if you remember me, but we've spent some long hours on the phone with my server issues (Alfred worked the *nix server issues). Alfred, I think anyone who's been working with Remedy for more than a year fondly remembers the support prior to BMC outsourcing the first level support. Even today once you get past that layer, support is good, just fustrating since the change has been made.
