Joe: I'm just back from CMDB training so forgive the freshman response - I believe the functionality of the utility has been replaced with a new field on the SHR:SchemaNames form. Find the form's entry, change the value of "Has Asset UI" to Yes, and then save it. It's rumored to take some time to finish.
