Check your process timeout parameter in the server information. This
usually results in a timeout error being logged, but it can cause the
server to abandon run processes. I'd also check to make sure that the
user your remedy server is running as has permissions to the arimportcmd
executable.

Subject: Problem with AR Import Command -- Escalation

Hi,

I have been trying to import data into one of my forms by using the
following import command in my Escalation:

arimportcmd -u Demo -x ramisetty -m Test -d "d:\Def Files" -o
"d:\data\data.csv" -f "Test" -l "c:\ar1.log"

If I execute the same command from command prompt, every thing is
working
fine, i can successfully import data into that form. I have the
following
error message in my arerror log file:

390603 : Failure while trying to run the filter/escalation process
(ARERR
24)
No error : arimportcmd -u Demo -x ramisetty -m Test -d "d:\Def Files" -o
"d:\data\data.csv" -f "Test" -l "c:\ar1.log"

Any ideas what was causing the problem. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks
Siva
