Check your process timeout parameter in the server information. This usually results in a timeout error being logged, but it can cause the server to abandon run processes. I'd also check to make sure that the user your remedy server is running as has permissions to the arimportcmd executable.

I have the following error message in my arerror log file: 390603 : Failure while trying to run the filter/escalation process (ARERR 24) No error : arimportcmd -u Demo -x ramisetty -m Test -d "d:\Def Files" -o "d:\data\data.csv" -f "Test" -l "c:\ar1.log" Any ideas what was causing the problem. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
