Chris, sorry for the delay, I was cleaning out some items I was going to get to later, and I just got to this one, which I am trying to deal with as well. There is the BMC:Asset_People form that seems to be what the CMDB looks at for the combination. Check out the Asset table field on the Incident, and reverse-engineer it from there. Rick _____

I know it can be done manually on an ad-hoc basis. BMC tells me there are 2 ways to do this. The first is ad-hoc. The second is to have their professional services do it for me.....
