I'll have to check that form.. I remember a colleague of mine correcting a server name on that form when we noticed on our logs that the wrong server name was coming from a set field action from that form..

In the new Remedy Service Desk 7 forms, I'll place it in the SYS:Notification form. mjd -----Original Message----- From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of Joe D'Souza Sent: June 11, 2007 4:25 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: Web URL - Resolved ** Where did you have to place that? -----Original Message----- From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of Doornbos, Mark Sent: Monday, June 11, 2007 5:18 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: Web URL - Resolved ** Hi Joe, I placed the following URL in the notification to make it work http://remedywebtest/arsys/servlet/ViewFormServlet?form=HD-HelpDesk&server=c owsvtas01&eid=$CaseID$ mjd -----Original Message----- From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of Joe D'Souza Sent: June 11, 2007 4:06 PM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: Web URL ** This (NULL eid) was recently recognized by Remedy as software bug.. This is what the system generates and I'm wondering if anyone else has come across this and what was the fix?
