That's not good.. I guess I will have to ask one of our customers who is on patch 20 for a while to check theirs.. They do not use the mid-tier as much as the native user client so I guess they haven't noticed it as yet...

If you create a ticket from the web the create date and time are correct but the entry in the worklog is 12:00AM.
