If you have clicked on the www.mwrug.com link in the last few days you've noticed that you've been redirected to a new website. Matt Reinfeldt has put allot of work into setting up a general website that can be utilized by all Local Remedy User Groups. We share so much information in common it will be a good place to share. We also have individual group information like Meeting notices that of course anyone is welcome to read but probably interest those most within a particular RUG. The actual link is www.remedyusergroups.com so change your bookmark. This is a site you'll probably want to visit more often!
We will not be able to move your old login information to the new site. We ask you to bear with us and create a new login. The new website will also provide email notifications for future meetings. Regarding the next meeting on June 26th. The agenda is still being firmed up but promises to be interesting. I hope to have it published by the end of the week. One of the topics that will be returning is the open Q & A. It's a great way to have a chance for you to ask a question of the group and for attendees to provide solutions they've used or simply to provoke interesting discussions. Another topic will be bmc Support. We'll be doing a webex session with Andy Mimoni and Tom Collins from bmc and they'll tell us everything we want to know about the support website, support in general and they will be ready to field your questions. For instance some questions already proposed are, "How does a new release get prepared?", "What prep does a Patch release go through?", and "How do we get notification of upgrades, new patches, and known issues?". If you have any specific questions send them to me ahead of time so we can insure answers are provided and we provide sufficient time. I'm awaiting confirmation on other potential topics so stay tuned for more information! As always, don't hesitate to ask questions. Hope to see you on the 26th, Susan _______________________________________________________________________________ UNSUBSCRIBE or access ARSlist Archives at www.arslist.org ARSlist:"Where the Answers Are"
