Okay folks,

Here's another query for you ARS gurus. We monitor our email queue by
running following bi-hourly query on 'AR System Email Messages' form.

o       Paste the string below into the advanced search bar and search.
This shows you the inbound email messages that have been in queue longer
than 60 minutes in the past 2 hours.
*       ('Create Date:' >= ($TIMESTAMP$ - 2*60*60)) AND (('Create Date:'
- 3600) > 'Date Received')

I am not exactly sure what is the difference between 'Create Date' and
'Date Received'. How and when do these values get populated and what am
I actually measuring with above query? It says "This shows you the
inbound email messages that have been in queue longer than 60 minutes in
the past 2 hours". What queue is that?
