I believe it is integer but it may be a big int. I suppose that will
make a difference.

How big and what type is that column?

Actually that is not true. There are two columns that can be mapped to
the Request ID field that are in both areas however the column that I
want is no where to be found. Also, if I query the view in Query
Analyzer logged in as Aradmin I can see the column that is not in the
view form.

Thanks,

If it is the Key Field then it will not be selectable in the list of
fields. It will be mapped to the view forms Request ID field.

        Hello All,

        ARS 6.3 patch 16

        WIN2K

        SQL2003

I am having a problem creating a View Form from a sql view. This
view is a join of several tables in different databases. The JOIN
criterion is the record ID for the main table. This also happens to be
the only column I cannot see after loading the view into a View From
object. I am wondering if anyone has experienced this issue before.
Aradmin does have read and write permissions on all columns on all
tables but I cannot see this one column.

        Thanks,
