Has anyone experienced issues with the CreateEntry API from the
ServiceRequestWizard inserting records into Incident Management. It
seems the status value is being set to NULL even though in the Service
Request and in the SRM Request form has defined values.
The following error is being received
ARCreateEntry - Failure during SQL operation to the databaseThe
statement has been terminated.Cannot insert the value NULL into column
'C7', table 'ARSystem.dbo.T960'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT
fails. (SQL Server 515)

This is form HPD:IncidentInterface_Create and Status field

>From the api log
ARCreateEntry -- schema HPD:IncidentInterface_Create from Unidentified
Client (protocol 12) at IP address 22.8.2.28
<API > <TID: 0000000784> <RPC ID: 0000057466> <Queue: Fast >
<Client-RPC: 390620 > <USER: Remedy Application Service
> /* Tue Jun 12 2007 09:14:19.0290 */-CE FAIL

The Filter of INT:HPDSRM:HII:CreateIncident_150_SyncRequest'!
Seems to be working.

In the CAI Event Parameters it is creating an entry for field 7 as a
parameter value of New.

I do have approval engine installed as I was told by support that it was
a known API issue when Approval was not installed. I even reinstalled
just to be sure.
I do have a ticket on this but I have not got any answers yet, so
thought I would check to see if anyone has experienced this and if so
did they fix the issue.
