Job Description: Skilled (mid to senior level) Remedy Developer to join the team of two other developers supporting a large global enterprise consisting of approximately 4,000 users - 2,000 internal associates and 2,000 external clients - across 10 business units. Will assist in all aspects of the enterprise including, but not limited to, server setups (we have 22 servers), database configurations, installations and upgrades, testing, client support, troubleshooting issues, project management, training, documentation, Crystal Reports development, along with the ongoing development and customization of the Remedy ARS application. Must be able to to manage a project from start to end, i.e., requirements assessment, gap analysis, system design, development, QA testing and deployment. We are on the latest version (v. 7) of the ARS and Mid-Tier, running in a load-balanced, server-groups environment. Minimum Qualifications: 4+ years experience as a Remedy Developer preferably on a large scale. Experience with ARS/Mid-Tier version 7.x preferred, v. 6 would be the minimum. 24x7 coverage of the system. Must be able to work weekends when necessary. Extremely skilled at multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment. Solid and proven experience developing and customizing Remedy ARS applications. Skilled with Remedy Migrator and Crystal Reports. Experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and SQL Server. Proficient as a user of the Remedy application, using a ticket for all work and documentation. Excellent customer service and customer support background. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to respond to frequent pressure to meet deadlines. Able to work effectively as part of a team and with minimal supervision. Experience with integrations is a plus. Experience with Remedy's "Customer Support" application is a plus.
