Duration: 12 Months Rate: Open *Project Details:* This resource will be working with Remedy team as technical Team Lead and a member of an on-site BSA team reporting to a team lead in Minneapolis. Work with customer to design technical solutions based on requirements.Manage multiple Sybase databases, maintain multiple server configurations for production and test environments. Plan and estimate proposed solutions, and work with Project Management Office to clarify requirements and solution deliverables. Implement solutions using Remedy Tools and Sybase programming, Windows & UNIX server management and monitoring, and specific REMEDY application knowledge.
