Could it be a filter that is running on one form and making changes to
your other open form?

This record has been updated by another user. . .

Hello everyone,

This is a new AR system still in the testing phase, so I am the only one
in the system. On the main call entry form there is a "Condition" field,
and when I change the value of that field to "Done" and save I get:

"This record has been updated by another user since you retrieved it.
Saving your changes will overwrite the changes made by that user. Do you
want to save your changes?"

I suppressed the message by adding "Changed-By-Another-User : T" to the
config file. But there is no other user, so something else must be wrong.
We created this system by copying the database from the old system and
installing Remedy over it. Many of our problems come from lingering
references to our old server. The fact that it only happens with a
particular value points to a workflow issue. But I've run filter and
active link logs and none of the fired objects refer to the old server.

Any suggestions on how to track this down?

(ARS 7.01 patch 2, Linux server, Oracle 10.2 db)
